Use ImageBank’s internal transfer window to share unique links with partners or stakeholders. Through the transfer window, assets can be uploaded to ImageBank’s workspace without any user ID’s.
SHARING DATA TO STAKEHOLDERS
SHOPPING CART
Select the desired files in the shopping cart and create a shareable cart. The address of the cart can be copied or sent as a message to the desired persons directly from the user interface of your ImageBank.
COLLECTIONS
Create a collection of the shopping cart that you can save as a folder on the front page of ImageBank. Convenient, for example, for campaign materials or even to create your own brand guidelines.
SHARE LINKS
Share individual files or categories as links forward. To social media as well!
IMAGE GALLERY
If you wish, you can send the shopping cart as an image gallery link. The gallery can also be downloaded as a code for embedding to the website.
EDITING AND CONVERTING
EDITING METADATA
You can edit your file’s metadata in one view. Metadata fields can be defined per customer (also compulsory fields).
MASS EDITING
You can mass edit several files in the same view and attach identical metadata to all selected files with one click.
CONVERT TO DIFFERENT SIZES
You can convert your original files into image files of different sizes and/or shapes. Ideal sizes for social media or the Web can be created manually, or the process can be fully automated. Default conversion sizes can be defined in the settings.
INTEGRATED IMAGE EDITOR
Your own image editing tool is included in ImageBank! Crop images, modify image size, create automated social media pics, add text and shapes to images, edit image brightness and colour settings.

Advanced search for ‘and’ and ‘or’ operators.
FILTERS
Filter by tags, metadata fields, date and/or file type. Combine search results with filters.
HIERARCHICAL CATEGORY TREE
Build a category structure to suit your business. All assets can easily be found in accordance with the user rights through the category tree.
GRID AND LIST VIEWS
Utilize different views to search for assets. In the grid view, files are listed as face cards and in the listing view as row data.

ANALYTICS
Track your ImageBank’s internal statistics, e.g. most downloaded files, most viewed categories, most common search terms or history of sent collection baskets.
NOTIFICATION CENTER
As an administrator, you will receive notifications related to files, comments, registered users, new features, the transfer window, creative workspace activity and collection baskets.
USER MANAGEMENT
Manage users and user groups. Read and write permissions can be defined for categories per user group. User management can also be implemented with AD integration.
CATEGORIES
Creating, editing, deleting, organizing and scheduling categories and subcategories. You can specify which user roles (e.g. Personnel, Advertising Agency, Guest, etc.) will see which categories.
SETTINGS
The settings control customer-specific functions related to ImageBank, such as language choices and custom meta fields and keywords.

WORKSPACE

Artificial intelligence automatically recognizes elements in images and suggests keywords to be added to the metadata.

Using artificial intelligence, the system suggests similar images from your ImageBank to the one you are currently viewing.
ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE FILTERING
You can filter the content of your ImageBank and search results using artificial intelligence. For example, you can filter out images that include people and faces or images that are black and white.

PRIVACY AND SECURITY
SAFE STORAGE
ImageBank is delivered from secure servers located in the country of your choosing (by default in Finland). Thus, we do not store ImageBank related data outside the EU/EEA.
DATA SECURITY SCANS
The application is regularly scanned with the widely used Web App Scanner, which tests, for example, the security threats of the OWASP Top 10 topic.
USER RIGHTS
Through the system, you can manage user groups and users and give them access to different content.
ACTIVE DIRECTORY (AD) AUTHENTICATION
Users can be identified using AD, in which case these users do not need to log in to the service separately, but AD login is sufficient.
Supported implementations are Azure AD, Google SSO and ADFS+SAML 2.0.
