ERP system integrations
The DAM system manages the company’s digital assets such as images, videos and brand materials, while the ERP is responsible for core business information such as products and prices. Combining these two enables seamless movement of information and content. An online store or other channel retrieves product information from the ERP and marketing materials from the DAM. In this way, the information remains managed in their own systems, but works together in publications such as the online shop or sales materials. The integration can be tailored to be either one-way (e.g. ERP → DAM) or two-way (DAM ↔ ERP).
Examples of ERP systems to which DAM can be connected using the REST API: Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Business Central / Finance & Operations), SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Lemonsoft, Visma Nova, Visma L7, NetBaron.

PIM system integrations
The integration of DAM (Digital Asset Management) and PIM (Product Information Management) creates a very powerful combination, especially for companies managing large product ranges and related marketing materials. The integration of these systems helps to ensure that products are presented correctly, visually coherent and always with up-to-date information – across all channels. PIM manages structured product information: name, specifications, prices, SKUs, categories, etc. DAM manages unstructured digital assets: images, videos, instructions, infographics, logos, etc. When combined: product information and related data are centrally managed and published across channels. The integration can be tailored either one-way (e.g. DAM → PIM) or two-way (DAM ↔ PIM).
Examples of PIM systems to which DAM can be integrated using the REST API: Akeneo PIM, feed®PIM, inRiver PIM, Pimcore, Sales Layer PIM, Salsify PIM.

CMS system integrations
The combination of DAM (Digital Asset Management) and CMS (Content Management System) creates an efficient and controlled content supply chain, where digital assets – such as images, videos, logos, documents and campaign materials – are easily accessible, always up-to-date and in line with the brand. DAM centrally stores and manages all the company’s media assets (images, videos, graphics) and CMS publishes content to different channels: websites, blogs, newsletters, campaign pages, etc. The integration involves connecting the DAM to the CMS via an API interface, so that media files are no longer manually uploaded to the CMS but are retrieved directly from the DAM. The integration can be tailored to be either one-way (e.g. DAM → CMS) or two-way (DAM ↔ CMS).
Examples of CMSs to which DAM can be integrated using the REST API: WordPress, Drupal, Contentful (headless CMS), Sanity (headless CMS), Sitecore.

E-commerce system integrations
Combining DAM (Digital Asset Management) with an e-commerce solution is one of the most effective ways to automate and streamline the visual content production of an e-commerce store – especially for companies with a large number of products, branded materials or constantly updated media. DAM acts as a central repository for media files: product images, product videos, brand catalogue, help icons, etc. The e-commerce solution publishes products that require these materials. The integration can be tailored either one-way (e.g. DAM → Online Shop) or two-way (DAM ↔ Online Shop).
Examples of e-commerce solutions to which DAM can be integrated using the REST API: Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, Adobe Commerce, MyCashflow.

CRM system integrations
The combination of DAM (Digital Asset Management) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) brings significant benefits, especially for marketing, sales and customer service processes. The integration makes brand materials, customer-specific content and campaign materials easily accessible directly in the CRM environment – exactly when they are needed. The DAM system manages images, videos, brochures, logos, campaign materials, instructions, etc. The CRM system manages customer data, leads, campaigns and communications (e.g. emails, offers, customer-specific materials). The integration allows users to access and use materials in DAM directly in the CRM system – without having to switch from one system to another. Integration can be tailored to be either one-way (e.g. DAM → CRM) or two-way (DAM ↔ CRM).
Examples of CRM system solutions to which DAM can be integrated using the REST API: HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce.

Document Management System (DMS) system integrations
The combination of Digital Asset Management (DAM) and Document Management System (DMS) brings significant benefits, especially for organizations that manage large volumes of documents and digital assets. The integration improves workflow, information discoverability and helps to manage branded materials, documents and other important files in a centralized and efficient way. DAM is a system that manages digital assets such as images, videos, brochures, brand materials and graphic content. DMS (Document Management System) is a system that specializes in document storage, version control, metadata and document sharing within an organization. The integration can be tailored either one-way (e.g. DAM → DMS) or two-way (DAM ↔ DMS).
Examples of document management systems to which DAM can be integrated using the REST API: M-Files, Sharepoint, DocuSign.
