The descriptions are added directly to your metadata, helping users quickly find the right content and ensuring a consistent, professional asset library.
Duplicate detection – Avoid unnecessary copies
Save time and keep your DAM organized – without any extra effort. The new duplicate detection feature immediately notifies you if a file you have uploaded already exists in the ImageBank. You can either accept it or delete the unnecessary copy. Keep your material library tidy, find your files quickly, and work more efficiently.
Brand Studio – fast, easy, and brand-safe design
Brand Studio is a built-in design tool that makes creating marketing materials quick, easy, and brand-safe. Your team can design brochures, flyers, and other visual assets directly within ImageBank – no extra software required. Brand Studio also enables role-based editing: administrators can create ready-made brand templates with locked brand elements (logos, colors, and typography), while content creators can be given permission to edit only approved areas.
