Easily share assets with partners without extra steps

One of the ImageBank X features Adven has found particularly useful is the ability to easily share assets with people outside the organization.

When a partner needs specific images, videos, or other materials, there is no need to send files individually by email or transfer them through a separate file-sharing service. Instead, the required assets can be securely shared directly from Adven’s own DAM.

“I’ve really liked the external sharing feature. It makes it easy to share the materials our partners need,” says Linda Lahtinen, Marketing and Communications Manager at Adven.

A centralized approach also makes it easier to ensure that the right assets are being used. When materials are shared directly from the DAM, partners can be given access to exactly the files they need.

Collaboration works both ways

Assets do not always flow only from Adven to its partners. ImageBank X has also made it easier to receive materials created by external partners.

“Our video partner can upload videos directly to the DAM, so there’s no need for an intermediary in the delivery process,” Lahtinen explains.

It may sound like a small change, but it eliminates an entire manual step and makes receiving large digital files significantly easier. At the same time, finished assets are immediately stored where the people who need them can find them.

Less file handling, smoother collaboration

For Adven, having its own DAM means less manual coordination and smoother collaboration, both internally and with external partners.
